**1. Introduction**
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the offer of a lifetime 40% discount code ("Discount Code") in exchange for a permanent tattoo of HoloGrave Cosmetics' logo (the "Tattoo"). By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
**2. Eligibility**

2.3 This offer is void where prohibited by law.
**3. Tattoo Specifications**
3.1 The Tattoo must be a permanent, professionally done tattoo of the official HoloGrave Cosmetics' logo.
3.2 There are no tattoo size requirements, but we recommend at least 2 inches by 2 inches in size.
3.3 The Tattoo can be on any appropriate part of the body, but is recommended to be placed on a visible part of the body (e.g., arm, leg).
3.4 The Tattoo must be legible, recognizable, and our full logo.
**4. Verification Process**

4.3 HoloGrave Cosmetics reserves the right to request additional verification information if necessary.
**5. Issuance of Discount Code**
5.1 Upon successful verification, HoloGrave Cosmetics will issue a unique, non-transferable Discount Code to the participant.

**6. Usage of Discount Code**

8.3 The Discount Code is valid while HoloGrave Cosmetics is in good standing. Should HoloGrave Cosmetics go out of business or be sold to another party, The Discount Code will no longer be valid.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
9.1 HoloGrave Cosmetics is not responsible for any health complications or adverse reactions arising from the Tattoo.
9.2 Participants assume all risks associated with getting the Tattoo, including but not limited to allergic reactions and infections.
**10. Changes to Terms**
10.1 HoloGrave Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Participants will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or through the HoloGrave Cosmetics' website.
**11. Governing Law**
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
