UV It's Transparent Moon Water Liner

It's Transparent is a UV transparent liner. You can mix this with any other color to make it UV or layer it on top of just about anything to make it UV-reactive!

This is a face/body liner. Our water-activated liners allow you to drop some distilled water in them and they become usable. They stay on and are resistant to the oils of the skin, but don’t require tons of scrubbing to get off like waterproof liners because they are water-based.
Since they’re activated with water, they also don’t dry out and become unusable. It’s like a fresh liner every time!
