This is a light hold, clear brow gel. It has more serum-like consistency and contains sea algae extract and sodium hyaluronate to help condition the brows and the skin around it. I have always hated that crunchy-flakey brow feel to the point where I used a brow serum for years as a brow gel- and this gel solves that while still providing some hold!
