This is a combo 2pc EyeCultist eye base bundle of oBITCHuary and Ghostly.
EyeCultist Eyeshadow Base provides a smooth canvas for your eye look, making eyeshadow colors more vibrant and adhere better. Achieve optimal pigment payoff with this base that effortlessly glides onto lids for an easy and even finish. These are a creamy base and will stay that way until set.
To Use: apply eyeshadow base to the lid area directly with the applicator or squeeze tube to dispense product for application with brush or fingers. Blend out product with fingers or a dense brush. Set with shadow to use as a base or setting spray to use as a liquid shadow. Avoid the waterline and direct eye. Mix colors to create custom colors!
