Moonstone Moonshines Highlighter

Moonshines are our new launch of highlighters. Moonstone is a silver-based liner with specks and drops of blue and grey throughout. You can choose to mix all the colors together or use them more separately.

Moonshines have a very creamy consistency and they work best when applying by tapping them on with your finger or a dense brush.

Pan size is 32mm.
