Ceremonial Moon Water Liner

"Ceremonial" is a pearly white eyeliner. If you are looking for a matte white liner, "Ghostly" is your go-to.

Ceremonial is a translucent pearly shade, you can use it alone or as a topper.

Our water-activated eyeliners allow you to drop some distilled water in them and they become usable. They stay on and are resistant to the oils of the skin, but don’t require tons of scrubbing on the sensitive eye area to get off like waterproof eyeliners because they are water-based.
Since they’re activated with water, they also don’t dry out and become unusable. It’s like a fresh eyeliner every time!
